Visiting an Inmate — Virginia Department of Corrections
Visiting an Inmate Due to expected inclement weather, in-person visitation will be canceled at all VADOC facilities statewide for the weekend of January 31 and February 1, 2026. Video visitation will continue as previously scheduled. All institutions typically allow visiting on Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays.
